For 25 years, the DBIA Florida Region has been at the forefront of advancing design-build project delivery, collaboration, and innovation across the state. As one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic design-build markets in the nation, Florida continues to lead the way—setting the standard for excellence, resilience, and integrated project delivery.
The Florida Design-Build Conference brings together Owners, designers, and builders to learn from industry leaders, share best practices, and explore the ideas shaping the future of our industry. This year’s conference proudly recognizes the 25th anniversary of the DBIA Florida Region’s founding, honoring the vision and commitment that have driven 25 years of design-build excellence in Florida.
Call for Presentations
We are currently seek conference presentations. This is an exclusive opportunity to share your design-build insights and adapt to changes in project delivery. This event will help Owners confidently navigate design-build amidst market uncertainties and address industry challenges. DBIA invites experts — Owners, practitioners and other professionals — to contribute.

EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS
Mon., Jun. 15 | 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
The conference will kick off with the Owners Only Forum. Practioners can join the discussions after 1:00 pm. This will set the stage for a successful conference.
Tues., Jun. 16 | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Enjoy a full day of engaging educational sessions designed for both Owners and practitioners. Learn how real-world challenges were addressed, explore proven design-build best practices, and walk away with valuable lessons learned and practical insights.
Wed., Jun. 17 | 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Continue to gain educational insights as we close out the conference.

Celebrate the 2026 DBIA Florida Region Design-Build Project Award winners as well as individual awardees. Lunch is included with registration.

Kick off the event in style with Opening Night Event. This year we will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the DBIA Florida Region. Food and drinks will be provided, and we may even be able to catch a fireworks show.

Single/Double occupancy rooms are available at a group rate of $249/night plus a resort fee of $27.00 per room per night and applicable taxes. There are a limited number of government rooms at $225/night. The room block will remain open until May 25, 2026, or when sold out.
Rooms are reserved for conference attendees, sponsors and speakers. Please register for the conference within 20 days of reserving your room.
A limited number of government per diem rooms are available for the nights of June 15 and 16 only. Should new government per diem rates be published before the event, this rate will adjust. Resort fee is waived for those reserving rooms in this block.
